Where is Spain?

Location can be absolute or relative.  Absolute location is the exact longitude and latitude,  or exact address on a house.  Spain's capital's absolute location is 3.5 degrees west and 40.5 degrees north.  Relative location is a rough idea of where the place is found.  Spain's capital's relative location is north of the equator and west of the prime meridian.  It's neighbors are France, Portugal, Morocco and Algeria.  It is also almost entirely surrounded by the North Atlantic Ocean.  Bilbao's absolute location is 4 degrees west and 43.5 degrees north.  It's relative location is at the northern tip of Spain.  Bilbao is the city I stayed in this January.

Questions:

1. How can you find your relative or absolute location?

2. Have you ever been in or around Spain's relative or absolute location?
